TERMS & CONDITIONS TO CONTRIBUTORS

1. Anyone can contribute songs to freegospelsongs.in (FGS) and CONTRIBUTORS will share their songs out of their own willingness and discretion.
2. Contributors must be aware that freegospelsongs.in is not a commercial but a free website where USERS download the songs they like/want and use it for personal, church and outreach purposes in small or large gatherings.
3. FGS tells all the users strongly and forbids to employ the songs downloaded from this website for any commercial purposes.
4. Songs contributed to FGS shall not be sold to any commercial entity as it will prompt legal complications that we want to completely keep away from. Please do not drag FGS into any such unchristian imbroglio.
5. However, any song submitted to FGS can be withdrawn anytime through a formal e-mail by the contributor, after which they may exercise their choice.
6. FGS assures that any musical contributions made to freegospelsongs.in will NOT be commercialized in any way, at any time whatsoever, by FGS.
7. Songs submitted to freegospelsongs.in will be uploaded in the site only after the scrutiny and approval by a Team within FGS.
8. Contributors, if they wish, can submit the Karaoke/Minus one tracks of their songs to help Users from rural areas and small churches who do not have the luxury of a band of musicians.
9. While submitting a Song/Album, the Contributor has to provide the following documents:

▪ KARAOKE/MINUS ONE TRACKS (mp3)
▪ ARTIST/ALBUM IMAGE (jpg/png)
▪ LYRIC SHEET (pdf - Actual language & English Transliteration)
▪ CHORD SHEET (pdf)
▪ NO OBJECTION LETTERS (Scanned copy - Lyricist & Producer)
▪ CONTRIBUTOR’S SELF-DECLARATION (Scanned copy)
10. FGS is founded with the sole intent and commitment to promulgate the gospel of Christ Jesus to all the ends of the earth free of cost without expecting any monetary benefit in return. We believe all those who get involved in this outreach will uphold Biblical ethics in every possible way.
